Sustainability isn't just about the soy wax

Every candle the Chicago Candle Factory produces qualifies as sustainable. Soy wax with no additives and phosphate free fragrance oils are only the beginning. The containers are either salvaged trash (giving something a second life) or thrift store purchases.  The great thing about what comes from the thrift store is that they have life after being a candle.  Coffee mugs are a great example of this.  Coffee scented candles are a favorite that always sells fast, and after the candle is gone, it is easy to clean the vessel to turn it back into a mug.  Spending an hour checking out Goodwill can be really fun. It's always fun to see people get excited about out handmade candles because each one is unique.
